As we move into 2022, many of you will be pulling out your seed catalogs to plan out what you will have in your garden this Spring. I just used the last of our tomatoes I froze from the garden the other day for a big pot of bean soup. I told my husband he might consider putting in a few more tomatoes next year.
My favorite tomato is the cream sausage. I have dried them and of course eaten them fresh. They make a very *strange* tomato sauce – it is yellow not red, but it tastes yummy, though mild. Just what you need if you need a low acid tomato.
